The promotion is not over, it can just be hard to find the Deluxe content.
- You should be able to choose 5 out of the 8 veteran kits. (Find the tile in the Armory)
- You get 20 airlifts, one per week, starting the moment you redeem the deluxe edition code. If you want to double check whether you received an item, here's a list of what you should be getting (not in chronological order): BFV Airlift Blog Post
- You get Deluxe Edition Special Assignments. (Special Air Service / Fallschirmjäger).
The Blog post should give a good idea which week you're currently in, as that's different for everyone, due to the different redemption dates.

Seriously though I'm curious as to what the current code behind Conquest and the ticket system would do with that many objectives on a map and if more than half were being captured at the same time. Would it melt servers? Or just "Server Disconnected, You have lost the connection to the session".
At the very least it would be a hilarious proof of concept.
I'm not an engineer so it's hard to say really. I don't know if having 100 flags would be the problem compared to having 64v64 players.
