Hey! Since a change this morning, we've seen this resolve for a lot of players.

For the biggest issue, that has resolved about 80% of problems. We have had some issues outside of that with players accidentally making new Epic IDs, and similar things like that - which Support are able to clearly see and resolve on their side :)

Right now I can‘t unlink the nintendo account because the email address is not verified for the „wrong ESG account“ and I‘m not receiving the email to verify it… (i think it might be because the two ESG accounts are under the same email address?) Do you happen to know what to do in this case, too? :)

Both on PC and Switch I'm getting kicked out of games, sometimes because of "inactivity" and sometimes because of "unstable internet".
I checked and my Internet is as usual and I never get connection problems on other online games like Fortnite for example.
I got to play till the end of the game very few times.
Also when it's searching for players, it finds them and most of the time the game just doesn't start after the countdown. It just starts searching for players all over again.
This is definitely an issue in that case - could you take a few minutes to pop Support a note? Include as much details as possible - the above was really good, but also make sure to add your Epic Account ID!

No, it's not you guys. It's just the Switch in general.
It's barely capable of breaking 30fps, and that's being generous.
Xbox and PS4 are fine.
Thus is coming from someone who's used to 90FPS on PC on an ultrawide setup.
Yeah I understand. I mean, we want to continue making improvements on Switch as time goes on regardless, but there are some fundamental limitations when compared with PC/PS. I play some other cross-platform games on there that I used to play on PS and I just sorta got used to it after a while but it depended on the game of course. A lot of my FPS games I just can't do on it.
