It’s a team effort for these type of projects and like I said originally, I’m not going to be the one to announce anything when it is on the roadmap because it’s not my news to share. I think it displays geko because if you pay attention at who got the kills for the finisher its geko. I think it just displays whatever agent you are playing as.

Knife is mid, the gun looks amazing though. But in the trailer it sounds like it has no new shooting sound which is surely wrong. Can't wait for the gameplay showcase.
There is unique firing audio and a unique kill sound (kill banner). You can kiiiind of hear it in the video but it's hard (and I can probably only hear it because I know what it sounds like already).

I totally get that, but it does not change the actual packets sent/received. I tried to somehow see how the setting changed the performance, so I turned all of the network stats on to follow it closely. I couldn't spot a difference at all.
Correct. It changes how long the information from those packets are held, not what packets are sent/received.
I would strongly discourage you from messing with settings in ini files. We don't regularly test the ini flow, and the in-game options are the ones that matter for VALORANT. This is more likely to hurt or introduce weird issues than it is to help your framerate.
