I wanna preface this by saying definitely not the Creative Director, but I just ran into him in an artisanal cup cake store on Abbot-Kinney.
When I told him about this AMA he said that you are all so amazingly talented and how he loves so much all that you do for the team. He actually had a bit of a tear in his eye. He said keep you being you and your spirit, joy and creative passion makes him so grateful and happy that you are in his life.
Oh he ran off and left I think he got too emotional…
this is so cute. thank you not-creative-director. i'm definitely not on the premium content team but i ran into the team at Erewhon and they told me how much they appreciate collaborating and riffing with their creative director and how they're excited to keep making amazing content that tells the story of our world.

Hi! Coming from a lover of Valorant skins and art student in the final years of HS, what kind of education would one need to get to do what you guys do? PS. Love the recon skin-line, give a pat on the back to whoever decided to give it a vertical/angled grip ♡
Ohh welcome art student and thanks for loving our game and skins! :) To be frank, you don't really need any specific education to do what we do. Just keep making, posting, and improving your art! Have other artists you respect critique your work, improve, and never stop learning. I do admit education can help you with establishing connections with people and shows expectations to the kind of work you'll do, but it isn't mandatory. Even a good community college can help give you the stepping stone to a career in art. Be hungry to learn, but also be humble. :)
I have a good friend who never went to college and he has worked on some of the biggest blockbuster movies doing CG because he spent all his free time drawing, sculpting, and learning from others.
I believe in you and wish you luck on where ever your art or career takes you! :)

Thanks for the time and heart you all pour into each skin, gun buddy, spray and player cards you've released month after month. Singularity was the first bundle I bought, love at first sight, and since then I couldn't find myself to stop. So yeah, financially broke but my inventory is filled with the coolest skins I’ve seen in an FPS game, can’t go wrong with that.
Without further ado, I have a few questions I would love to get answered:
- Have you thought of adding variants to previous melee skins? or is there even a chance of it happening?
- Any plans on pro team skins? Would 100% cop a KRÜ themed phantom.
- As for the little presence of bulldog and marshal skins in premium/exclusive packs, do you plan to consider them more on the future?
- Are there still any gunbuddy easter eggs left to discover?
- Final question: IS SINGULARITY 2.0 A THING...
The Gravitational Uranium Neuroblaster bundle. It is beautiful, and a dozen ideas pop up in my head when I think of a finisher for it; like a flying saucer abducting the last player killed for example. Why did you guys decide not to have a finisher on that skin bundle? Don't tell me you guys didn't get any good ideas.
If we could push every skin all the way to a Dragon level, we would, trust me!
I'd assume that it is mostly because we want to make skins for a wide range of price so people with different need can still get something they like, so we're keeping our scopes in check.
