@InsightfulDemon, ah I see! I’ve passed this information on internally, as it’s possible the known crash could be effecting more AMD cards.

Let me know if the suggestions Satoru has posted above have any success though!

Could you screenshot the product page? Just so we can see what you’re seeing!

• Users with AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT cards will encounter a crash on launch due to an AMD driver-related issue

Please can you provide your console log from a session this issue happened?

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
5. Upload*the appropriate console log to us
