This is a mod-related crash, but I can’t be sure which one. Unfortunately the only reliable solution is to disable all mods and re-introduce them until the crashes stop.
Based on the information within the logs, it appears your Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 is set as your default GPU, as opposed to your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 . This is consequently resulting in your crashes in Vermintide 2, as the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 cannot handle the demand.

I have to ask, have you tried restarting Vermintide 2? Otherwise, try the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option:
