Could folks who whitelisted the Vermitide 2 folder in Bullguard test now to see if the game works without being in the whitelist? We have updated EAC so hopefully the root of the issue is solved.

It’s one of sienna’s weapons weirdly. We thought it was a VOIP bug and chased it for ages during beta, but yeah. Should be fixed in an upcoming patch.

Could you try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu down to 6, and see if there’s any improvement?

I couldn’t say, unfortunately. You could try running through the router and DNS-related solutions listed here.

Otherwise it might be worth contacting your ISP and explaining that you’re having issues with your connectivity to https://5107.playfabapi.com/, which is the endpoint to our backend. They might be able to see why that connection can’t be established.

Do you use Bullguard Antivirus? Try making the Vermintide 2 folder an exception in the AV.
