The crashes you’re experiencing are called Access Violations which unfortunately can occur for a variety of reasons. We have a list of potential solutions here.
We’re looking in to such cases. Usually just closing and reloading the game and steam will help.
How often do these occur for you @sama?
We’re looking into phantom hits at the moment yep
The word filter is there for a reason, not to be bypassed.
Going out on a limb to say that the Glaive previously had a hold requirement to trigger a push, whilst now it just requires a click, like every other weapon.
What exactly does this mean?
Nice fixes all around though. The skaven back stab noises was really confusing me in a few games.
Patch 2.0.8 has landed and with it some crash fixes, sound fixes and various other fixes and tweaks. Thanks for reporting these issues to us, and continue to do so over in our bug report forums if you find them.
Hello Shella.
We’d not need a PayPal email or anything to do a refund. There was a time I would have refunded you out of my own pocket if not for the peace of mind, but that window of grace has long since expired, but my patience persists just about
All we’d need you to do is pop us a DM (we’ve never, ever limited that - ever) and say “I want a refund, Hedge, because XYZ” and I’ll look to pop that directly in to Steam’s support queue. Takes them a while, but they’ll drop credit on your Steam account if they’re cool with it (they will absolutely call in to question your play time, but we can advocate), and revoke the game from your library. We’ll then proceed to purge you from our progression systems and boom. The job is done. We try to reserve this for very limited situations, which technically this falls outside of, but cont...
Read moreShella, how many times do we need to go through this. All you need to do to get your refund is actually acknowledge it when hedge offers it to you. Every single time you are asked if you want the refund, you no longer respond. He’s not going to pull the trigger until you give him a definitive answer via the proper channels. Otherwise you’ll turn around and say that Fatshark banned you from their games or some other nonsense.
This isn’t the proper channel for this and if you’re serious about getting that refund, then reply to the admins when they offer it to you.

Firstly, could you please verify integrity via Steam if you haven’t already?
Secondly, are you using any mods?
When did these crashes start occurring for you, @Psyce?
Did the crashes start after the introduction of NVIDIA driver 436.02, released on the 20th of August? Worth considering a roll-back if so.

Out of curiosity could you try enabling the ‘Small Network Packets’ option within the ‘Network’ panel, to see if there’s an improvement? Whilst you’re in there, do make sure your ‘Max Upload Speed’ represents your actual upload speed.
Please see here for more information on the Connection Timeout errors. Ignore the link in the second sentence, as this will direct you to the solutions you’ve already attempted.
I hear you, we recognise our most common complaints and are deciding how best to proceed, but this can be a lengthy process. We’re working on our next blog post which will cover some of the bases.
So. in the Feedback category, we do a lot of lurking. I know Hedge reads almost every post made here, whereas I’m more Support-based with other platforms to cover so I’m not as involved. Our developers also do a lot of reading, and will occasionally chime in but for the most part we want to keep Feedback ‘raw’ and overly-involving ourselves could be seen as challenging it, which isn’t an impression we want to leave.
Yep, you can actually click on the user’s up the top. Hedge who is the community manager is the most active forum user. Ratherdone is a Dev and also in the top forum users. Julia as well.
