Hi @MoistMaster,

I’ve checked your account in the backend and can see 0 Aquilas balance, and that none have been added.

Were the Aquilas purchased for the correct account?

I recommend contacting Xbox Support here, as the currency delivery should have been automatic after the successful transaction.

Just relaying some developer feedback -

Long loading times in the range of 10 minutes is usually a result of having the game on an hdd and having the windows antimalware realtime protection snooping the traffic. As for the stranded loading I am unsure why that happens. Could be a sideffect of slow loading times in general.

We’ll look into it, thank you for the report!

Hi @Nacho_Odinson,

That’s quite bizarre!

Does your mouse have any external software that it uses? If so, please ensure it’s up to date or try disabling it.

Is your mouse wired? Does the issue occur if you change the port it’s connected to?

Hi @Imperium007,

Sorry for the delayed reply!

This is likely occurring due to persistent Data Corruption.

Hi @Exmatrix,

Is this issue still occurring for you?

If so, could you please provide a console log from a session that it happens so we can take look.

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload the appropriate console log to us

Thank you!
