We have informed our hardware partners about an issue where USB connected devices seem to be disconnecting during play.

I mean, we wont be, and we increased the counts that each pick up does give you in a mission should you not get pasted within the mission and do make it out alive.

As for the grind and siloing of resources, we’re working to make that less of a chore.

@Exact_Value correct, hot_join_party_hub_failed / Error Code: 4001 are the same error. Not renamed, but it can display in either format.

I can appreciate the frustration, really. I have equal dislike for these connectivity errors

This specific error is still under investigation, but hasn’t been fixed just yet. It will, and we’re working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Thanks @exodus1337 ! There’s a mix here, some crashes also being GPU hangs, which we’re actively working to resolve.

Is this of any relevance? Some players with Bluetooth connected headsets have had success with this: Fix for bluetooth headphones or speaker using hands-free audio when you only want normal audio output, not hands free

Ahh, in this scenario, I suggest to try the following again -

• Remove the Easy Anti-Cheat Certificates & Install/Repair Easy Anti-Cheat:
  1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\EasyAntiCheat
  2. Delete the ‘Certificates’ directory
  3. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat
  4. Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup installer and proceed as instructed
  5. Then use the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021233534

If this doesn’t work, then next please try a clean re-installation of Vermintide 2.

0xc000005 is a generic error code, however the Access Violation crashes which share this can be entirely different.

We’re aware of and investigating several varied Access Violation crashes currently. If you can please provide a crash report, or your full console log from a session one occurs we can look into it, and make sure it’s one on our radar.
