Have you rebooted your router?

Could you also try changing your DNS, if you haven’t already? This is usually successful in resolving the Sign-In Timeout error.

Ah good! It seems to be a very inconsistent issue, that still effects a minority of players. We’ve got a proper fix in the works, though.

If you gain a prestige level now, do you receive a commendation chest?

It seems you’re running in to a Deadlock crash, which can be a little notorious.

Are you using Avast, AVG, Spybot or 360 Total Security Anti-Virus?

I believe it occurs sometimes when a Minotaur spawns.

I can see immediately that your GPU is crashing. There is unfortunately no one shot panacea but errors of this nature are usually driver-related. Please see: [PC] How to Resolve GPU Crashes – Fatshark

This should be resolved in patch 4.2, apologies for the inconvenience.

The mace received a stronger heavy damage profile in exchange for the DoT effect. I’ll flag the description internally and get that checked out. Thanks for the report @Hen !

Hi @Umgak_Wazzok, did you crash straight to desktop, or were you prompted to submit a crash report?

If you can submit a crash report and paste the ‘GUID’ string displayed here that would be super helpful!

If you’re not able to submit a crash report, could you provide your most recent console logs instead please?

Your console logs can be located in the Vermintide 2 AppData directory using the instructions below:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
