On March 24, from 07:00 GMT, War Thunder game servers may be unavailable due to the release of the “Wind of Change” major update.
Please wait for Steam to automatically update the game client. We do not recommend manually forcing the update to game. Due to changes in the game engine (upgrade to Dagor Engine 6.5), the game requires a download of more data than during standard updates.

As many of you have noticed, Chat in War Thunder has been disabled. It will be returned at a future, currently undetermined date.

We [Moderation staff, volunteers] have been asking for updates and for chat to be returned ourselves. Currently there is no information to share.

Please stop creating threads about chat returning. We routinely pass these wishes forward regardless of the volume of threads created.

If there is an update regarding chat, it will be published here.

Gaijin offices, owners, directors, servers and employees are based in EU countries, and so the game is not at any risk of shutdown.

However, in these trying times we think it is improper to post anything that can be portrayed as promotion of war, and оur game is ultimately about military vehicles.

We have always stayed out of politics and will further restrain from statements that can be colored as such. We strongly believe that wars should only stay in the realms of video games.

Have you checked your A-V settings? Sometimes A-V software block aces.exe file (false-positive case).

In this case it's called false-positive.
You can wait till your A-V software update database or add WT to white list.
Sadly there is not much we can do with this.

6vs6 matches are issue that happen after MM restart. We are trying to eliminate it.

摆好战车的角度
命中奖励机制适用于海军和陆军战斗当中，在先前版本中，命中敌方目标将获得10点分数，与此同时，被命中的敌人将获得30点分数。这样导致您的每次开火反而会为敌方玩家增加更多的分数。



此机制的设定原本是为了对一些缺乏经验且不能摧毁很多敌军目标的玩家做出的补偿。但是实际情况是新手玩家并不能有效的通过各种方法来防止受到的伤害。导致本应属于新手玩家的补偿往往被有经验的老油条们全盘皆收。



因此，我们将命中奖励从30分更改到了5分。但新增了玩家载具被摧毁时可以获得敌方所获奖励30%的新机制。



例如：摧毁一辆敌军载具可以获得150点分数，同时受到伤害的一方则将得到45点分数。对比先前版本被直接摧毁时您只能得到30分，而现在可获得50分。这样的改动也减少了一击毙命带来的挫败感。



视野及范围分数
相信这个存在多年的机制无需再要我们过多形容。我们将其移除不仅是因为它只能提供非常少的分数奖励，同时还让特别狡猾的玩家利用它来探测战场周围的环境。此项破坏游戏及积极性的机制已经安息，作战能力也将得以更加属实的体现。



空中战场的缠斗
这项极其过时且仅能提供微不足道奖励的设定被移除的原因与上述陆战的机制基本相同。该设定甚至没有考虑到不同等级和不同类型载具的差别，所以在中高阶战斗中，它的存在显得十分的不合逻辑。因此我们也一并将其移除。



但这些改动不代表着表面的分数变化和收益衰减，结合我们其他的平衡性改动，反而对最低收益产生了积极的影响。



请看下方的空战历史模式图表，我们将战斗结束时得分超过100和少于100的数据进行了统计划分。如您所见，相比先前的20%，现在只有5%的玩家无法获得任何奖励。
