Check our wiki, you can find ALL vehicles available in WT. Both as a list and as tech tree version. You can even test majority of them via special button [Show in Game] (available when game is launched).

That circle can "one shot" destroy enemy vehicle. You simply need to drag the dig robot onto enemy.

Steam do not provide proper tools and features that can be helpful with bug reporting.
War Thunder is complicated game and usually one screen and two sentences is not enough to re-create bug (and re creating bug is essential to properly eliminate it).

AFAIK We do not have plans to implement any favoritism for Premium Account users into MM.

Premium Account do not affect your battles. It only affect your SL/RP gain. It has nothing to MM, your skill (or lack of it), vehicle performance etc.

Personally, I'd vote getting the MiG-21MF. If not for the MiG-21 itself, that it will lead you towards the MiG-29 more quickly.

That being said (& full disclosure, I suppose), I have never been a big fan of the Su-22's.
