Hi, it will likely stay as an exclusive to the Legend of Victory event. As mentioned, it may come back in special boxes during events. Other than that, you'll just have to keep an eye out if it will become available again.

Check what ping you will have on RU, EU or SA servers. Limiting selection to only one server can extend your waiting time (especially on specific time of day). Depends on hour, you will get to battle much faster, and ping should not be a big deal on Arcade RB (if you are playing ground, sorry, maybe I missed the info).

I am playing mostly Ground RB (EU, RU, US, GMT 7:00-20:00) and I cannot recall waiting more than 10-20 seconds for battle.

Hi, welcome to the game. There is no ranked mode - however, as others have said, there's tournament styled events where you can participate and win prizes. Here's the link where you can login and join an event, and take part at the specified time.

Any player can play on any server he want. It's up to player to decide where he want to be. Some players select all the servers due to fact, that this will shorten their queue times.

For 9 completed stars, you will get the Bulgarian one. The camos for 9 stars are shown in this article under "Vehicle camouflages"

Hi, you can. Open the game via Steam, in the hangar click on Shop (it's in the top right) > Online Store. Select what item you want and when you click Buy the first option to pay will be with Steam.

May be due to server issues, although there hasn't been any issues right now - could you try again?
