No.
You need to do it manually.
If you do not want to lose streak, simply download War Thunder Mobile and use same account - if you log in on Mobile, your streak on PC will be freezed (so you will not lose it).

Ground Vehicles

ZTZ99A — the colors of the digital camouflage have been corrected.
ASRAD-R — elevation angles and guidance speed have been corrected. New elevation angles are -10 / +70 degrees, turret traverse speed is now set to 100 deg/sec, gun elevation speed is now set to 40 deg/sec. The parameters have been set similarly to the Ozelot, as the ASRAD-R uses the same components with the change of BOLIDE missiles instead of Stinger missiles.

New Gaijin.net and Steam achievements have been added for BeNeLux vehicles.
