Cost for respawning in a nuclear bomb carrying aircraft has been reduced in RB to 2,500 respawn score.

Carrier respawn time after destruction has been increased from 1 to 10 minutes. The number of respawns has remained the same - up to 5.

Strange, I used 21:9 for few years and had no issues (2560x1080).
