PTR notes have been updated with the following changes:

Dungeons and Raids

• Mythic+
  • Affixes
    • Bolster now has a 20 second duration (was permanent).
    • Necrotic Wound duration now lasts 6 seconds (was 9 seconds).
    • Raging damage bonus is now 50% (was 75%).

Classes

• Demon Hunter
  • Fixed an issue which could prevent some Demon Hunters from receiving Memory of a Burning Wound (Runecarving Power).
• Priest
  • Shadow Word: Death will no longer apply the Shard of Dyz item effect when it damages the Priest.

Burning Crusade Classic

• The Shartuul’s Transporter event has been temporarily disabled, due to a bug.

Thanks for the suggestion! We do agree that Grateful Offering acquisition could be increased, especially with the upcoming ease of changing covenants. In 9.1.5, we are currently planning to add Grateful Offerings in covenant callings based on the level of the character’s Anima Conductor. The Grateful Offerings would come with the calling rewards at tier 1 and the amount would increase at tiers 2 and 3.

Dungeons and Raids

• Timewalking
  • New: Legion Timewalking (Legion Timewalking dungeons are now available for testing)
    • Timewalking Dungeons: Black Rook Hold, Eye of Azshara, Darkheart Thicket, Vault of the Wardens, Neltharion’s Lair, and Court of Stars.
  • Timeworn Keystones (These features are now available for testing)
    • While Legion Timewalking is active, players can speak to Ta’hsup in Oribos to acquire a Timeworn Keystone, allowing access to max-level, Mythic+ difficulty for the 6 Legion dungeons.
    • Legion Mythic+ dungeons accessed in this way have their own set of affixes, reward loot of the same item level as Shadowlands Mythic+ dungeons, and count toward weekly Great Vault reward options.
      • Items acquired from Legion Mythic+ dungeons can be upgraded with Valor points, but will not appear ...

• The following area-of-affect abilities are no longer maximum target capped and instead deal reduced damage beyond 5 targets:

• The following area-of-affect abilities are no longer maximum target capped and instead deal reduced damage beyond 8 targets:

Soon after the Burning Legion invaded Azeroth at the Broken Shore, the Alliance and Horde began using the Mage Tower at Deliverance Point for high-end training of their most promising champions. When Sargeras was later defeated and dealt his final vengeful blow to Azeroth, the Mage Tower was shut, and it has been inaccessible ever since.

In 9.1.5, Legion Timewalking will become available for the first time, and with Timewalking comes a wondrous way to return to the moments of heroism from the past. Azeroth’s champions will be able to enter the Mage Tower again.

Mage Tower Basics
In Legion Timewalking, the Mage Tower will operate similarly to how it did during Legion. The original seven different Challenges (grouped by your specialization’s role) will be available to try repeatedly, for the duration of Legion Timewalking:

• “Closing the Eye” for Frost Death Knight, Havoc Demon Hunter, Survival Hunter, Subtlety Rogue, and Arms Warrior.

  • Demonic Circle can no longer be placed with the Kilrogg’s Cunning conduit while Eye of Kilrogg is off the ground.

    • Fixed an issue causing Warbreaker (Talent) to not apply the Colossus Smash debuff to enemies if it was used while the Warrior was Disarmed.
