• Players in an instance will no longer receive Exhaustion or Sated debuffs when they are not within range to benefit from Heroism or Bloodlust.

Dungeons and Raids

• Ruby Life Pools
  • Fixed a bug that could cause Kyrakka’s Flaming Embers to unintentionally strike players who appear to be outside of its visual.

We’ve temporarily disabled the creation of Enchanting Vellums, while we diagnose and fix a bug.

We hope to develop and deploy the fix in the next 24 hours. Until then, Enchanters can enchant items directly or use existing Enchanting scrolls, they just won’t be able to make new scrolls.

Hello again, Paladins!

Working from feedback we’ve received, the new 10.0.7 build includes changes to talent positions, Holy Power generation, general build synergy, and many bug fixes.

Class

• Unbound Freedom is now located on the class tree for the Retribution specialization only.
• Healing Hands is now located on the class tree for the Retribution specialization only.
• Zealot’s Paragon has been removed from the talent tree for the Retribution specialization only.
• New talent - Vengeful Wrath: Hammer of Wrath always critically strikes. This talent is located on the Class tree for the Retribution specialization only.

Here are this week’s updates to the 10.0.7 PTR.

FACTION ENVOY

Represent a Dragon Isles Major Faction every day by visiting the envoys in the Forbidden Reach and earn a 10% reputation increase of the chosen Major Faction for the day. Envoys also occasionally offer quests for extra reputation and Elemental Overflow to spend at the Envoy traders for new rewards such as four new dragonriding customizations, the Buckie battle pet, and the Noble Bruffalon mount.

  • Frost
    • Breath of Sindragosa damage has been increased by 25% and Runic Power spent per second increased to 18 (was 16).
    • Frost Strike damage increased by 10% and Runic Power cost increased to 30 (was 25).
      • Developers’ note: Frost Death Knight currently has a surplus of Runic Power income which is leading to wasted Runic Power overflow in Obliteration builds and ...

[Updated 2/23] It won’t be long until the vendors in Orgrimmar and Stormwind trade out their wares for new items for the month of March, and February’s items go into storage.

Before the month comes to an end, if you haven’t purchased that one “must-have” item yet, don’t worry. You can “freeze” an item so you can purchase it later. When you freeze an item, it will stay available month over month until it is purchased or replaced. Don’t forget to also finish your Traveler’s Log and claim Ash’adar, Harbinger of Dawn mount, before time runs out! Check your progress by opening the Adventure Guide (Shift-J).

If February’s offerings didn’t have the items you wanted, you can hang on to your Trader’s Tender for next month’s offerings. It won’t go anywhere, and unspent Tender will continue to accumulate each month.
