Just commenting to note I merged a few threads together here, incase a comment or two seems out of order. This is a hot topic at the moment, so I left any garnering discussion alone and combined those with only a few comments.

You can change the DirectX version Warframe is using in the Launcher settings, using the gear in the top right of the launcher.

Can you check that setting to ensure it is using a newer version of DirectX?

EDIT: A temporary workaround has been discovered with the following steps:

Launch your Steamdeck in desktop mode
Open the Steam app
Switch to Big Picture Mode (monitor symbol top right)
Launch Warframe

We are aware of issues for the Warframe Steam Deck client as a result of the August Steam Deck System Update. Upon installing, the On Screen Keyboard no longer appears to let you enter your login details, preventing players from being able to log-in.

At this time, we recommend you avoid updating your Steam Deck to the August Steam Deck System Update until we find a resolution for this issue. We have contacted Valve and are looking for a solution with them. We’ll update this thread as more information comes in.

With Hotfix 33.5.5, you will need to complete missions on normal difficulty in Duviri to unlock them on Steel Path, if you have not completed them on normal before. You will only need to do this once.

It is our policy not to discuss account status anywhere except through out ticketing system. This allows us to verify account ownership and speak where private account information is kept private. We discourage talking about account statuses outside of tickets, including on the Steam Discussion Forums, to avoid the possibility of personal information being shared accidentally.

We cannot make any changes to an account without going through the support site at https://support.warframe.com. You will need to login to your account to create a ticket - if your account status prevents this, you can try making an alternate account to submit the ticket with.

It is time again for us to go dark on Hotfixes/Updates as we prepare for the next Warframe Update: Lua’s Prey!

With the exception of Nintendo Switch, which has already been on a Hotfix hiatus[forums.warframe.com] since Tuesday. Switch will be Hotfixing next week to catch up with the rest of the platforms, and then they too will enter Hotfix/Update dormancy in prep for Lua’s Prey.

During this time, the team will continue to monitor the public build for fixes/changes to include in Lua’s Prey.

Our current Nightwave act, Nightwave: Nora’s Mix Vol. 2, is coming to an end! Nora’s Mix Vol. 2 will end on Wednesday, November 23rd - don’t forget to spend your remaining Nora’s Mix Vol. 2 Creds before then. Any remaining Nora’s Mix Vol. 2 Creds can be sold for Credits afterward.
