Hi Tenno, 

App Store Maintenance is resulting in some users being unable to log into Warframe on iOS using appleID. This appears to be primarily impacting individuals attempting to log into Warframe on iOS for the first time. 

We are monitoring and will update this post when we've confirmed the App Store Server Notifications Maintenance is complete.

UPDATE: 7:20 PM EST - The App Store Maintenance in question has completed. AppleID login should be functioning as expected. Please let us know if you are still unable to login by writing a Forum post or contacting Support. https://support.warframe.com/

There are two drops campaigns -- the initial one was expired (but is still showing up). The iOS named one is for all platforms, and should get progress still! We just made a fresh one to see if it would fix the iOS issue.

Was it previously locked for iOS in the past? Have you been able to watch on your phone before?

For those who were having issues getting the iOS drop, I set up the campaign anew in hopes of addressing the issue. If you still cannot receive Drops on your iOS devices with this new campaign, please share here! Screenshots and anything else you can share (ie. where exactly are you seeing these messages), would be hugely appreciated.

Changes:

• Added teleport volumes to transversal gaps in the Awakening Quest that require you to Bullet Jump over them and smoothed the collision of the rock walls to make them easier to climb.
  • These changes were made to help players along in their process of learning and familiarize themselves with the mobile touch controls. Now, if you fall into the gaps you will spawn on the other side to proceed through the Quest and won’t be as likely to get stuck while climbing the walls.

Fixes:

• Fixed incorrect UI overlays on various iPhone and iPad screens.
• Fixed Operator Abilities not being usable with touch controls.
• Fixed an issue in the Chains of Harrow Quest where the emotion icons could not be selected with touch controls. This could halt progress during the Quest.

Hello iOS Tenno, you can access the latest version of the Companion App this way:

• Remove the Warframe Companion App
• Launch the App Store
• Tap "Account" (the circle in the top right of the App Store)
• Tap "Purchased"
• Tap "Not on this iPhone"
• Scroll through your apps until you find "Warframe Companion"
• Download Warframe Companion

Thanks for your report, Tenno! Could you confirm this is in reference to touch controls specifically? 
With automated shooting enabled by default, a handful of weapons with timing mechanics cannot be used to their full potential. 

Just a heads up, we have seen a few reports regarding aspect ratios, and we've been working on improving how the game looks across various devices. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to have some fixes very soon.
