Hey there! Sorry to hear about this.

Could it be that you are trying to be logged in on multiple platforms at the same time? For example, if you have Warframe open on your PC, you cannot also be logged in to Warframe on iOS. The same goes for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch. 

If that is NOT relevant to you, could you send over log files so we can understand what might be happening? First open the options menu, tap the Envelope icon, then choose "SEND ERROR LOGS" -- please send me a direct message on the Forums once you have saved zip files. Thank you! 

Also, could you confirm that you meant the logout is happening every minute only on iOS or is this now happening on PC as well?

I have been playing since release on mobile, I completed the tutorial then enabled cross save with PC and PS. Today I turned off solo play to try public que but I can’t join anyone and the chat says that it failed to load. The friends list and clan say everyone is offline. Hi there, thank you for the report! A script fix that gifts an item wouldn't typically remove existing item(s), so this is odd to hear! Could it be that the missing syandana was a TennoGen item or a Platform specific item? 

Could you test that the item is truly missing on all platforms you have setup in your Cross Save account? If it is available on one (or more) but not all platforms, it is likely we're dealing with a Platform specific item. For example, the PlayStation exclusive Obsidian skin can only be used on PlayStation. 

Also be sure to check your full Syandana inventory, not just what is or isn't equipped on the Warframe(s) in question. Thanks!

I've never seen this before; this sounds like something the Support Desk can help you with, especially if you go to the launcher settings and Send Logs so we can see what's going on.

I believe this was fixed in our recent iOS hotfix!

We are aware of an issue on iOS where players can access the Shawzin on their Emote wheel but cannot exit out of the Shawzin emote. This will occur regardless of touch controls or gamepad controls.  While we are currently working on a fix, the best way to prevent getting stuck on iOS is to avoid using the Shawzin until an upcoming hotfix addresses the bug.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can confirm that we have been able to reproduce this issue with the mod screen on our end, and we are currently working on a fix.

Hello -Kramer-! As one of the people that has been adding buff descriptions to the 700+ buff icons we have in the game, which buff is this? 😵‍💫

Hi Tenno! We looked into the report and found it is working as intended. We believe it's a UI mixup / confusion: you never need to tap the icons on the far right, you just tap or hold the fourth ability (located on the bottom right of the screen). The ability should function just as it does on PC, only with a virtual button instead of pressing the 4 key.

Hello! It has been the case since launching Cross Platform Save in Dec 2023 that even when linked or meged, the username you originally used on that platform will still be the username that appears when you play on that platform. For example, if I linked my PS5 account 'coreysonline' to my PC account '[DE[Coreys' , when I play on PS5 it will stay `coreysonline` 

Hello IRONLASER! I passed along all the information collected in this forum thread to the programmer, but they are still having a hard time reproducing the issue/finding the cause why the chat is moving.

Like you are suggesting it most likely has something to do with game resolution temporally resetting for clients while they load into a mission, we are investigating.
