Hello Tenno!

As you may have seen in Devstream #176, we are looking at ways to change Mirage’s Eclipse ability (and related Helminth ability). To briefly recap the Devstream, we see consistent functionality issues with Eclipse in various in-game environments, as well as situations where Eclipse is unreliable.

First, Eclipse does not function correctly in every area of the game. In Open Zone content, it always acts as though it is in maximum light, even when it is nighttime. In Albrecht’s Laboratories, it always acts as though it is night, preventing Tenno from using the light portion of the ability. Here's what that looks like in practice:

Tenno,

We are thrilled to announce that we have added the Entrati style to the list of Factions we accept for the TennoGen program!

image.jpeg

We’ve updated the TennoGen Guide’s “Faction Style Guide” page with a new section on Entrati works that outlines how to successfully emulate the Entrati style in your creations.

The Entrati style now joins the Tenno, Grineer, Corpus, Infested, Sentient, Solaris, and Ostron Factions as styles that will be considered for TennoGen submissions. Please remember to study the gu...

Files are now available on the Steam Workshop for Dagath, the 54th Warframe, and Qorvex, the 55th Warframe!

Like all of our Warframes since Revenant, Dagath and Qorvex use newer tileable shader tech and thus full PBR (physically-based rendering) reference material is not available. Creators are expected to create full PBR materials themselves.

Below is a list of what is included in the ZIP:

  • Normal maps
  • Emissive maps
  • Tintmasks

Creators are expected to still make their own specular, roughness, and diffuse maps -- we simply can’t send references for comparison.

Also during Devstream 176, we announced that the Entrati Faction styl...

all i get is the I/O Failure Website https://www.warframe.com/de/iofail

Then what I would try is running the Warframe Cache Verification tool. When you're looking at the Warframe Launcher (where you would click the big red Play button), in the upper right corner there is a gear icon. Click the gear icon, and then on "Verify" button under Download Cache.  This will take a while but it will make sure that all your game's local files match the newest version from the server. Use our verify tool, not the one that comes with Steam.

If you're still crashing and it's very repeatable, then please open a ticket with Support and use the  "Get Logs" button (also under the gear icon in launcher) to send ...

Naturally, Digital Extremes takes account security very seriously. But in this particular case we do not believe that any new data breach has actually occurred. After investigating, it appears that data contained in this collection is just previous breaches that have been gathered together.  Any Warframe related data appears to have been from a much older event that occurred in 2014, which we disclosed here:

Accounts created after this event (i.e. that are newer than 9 years) don't appear in the data.

We will continue to keep an eye on this. We do not at this time believe that any new data has been breached, but it's nev...

Sorry for that :(  We're looking at a potential solution that addresses people having connection issues while trying to submit their successful rankup result to the server.  Normal missions will retry many times to save your results if you are having network problems, but it seems that the mastery tests do not.  Our hope is that by adding "Retry until server acknowledges" to mastery test, it will avoid this problem. Keep a look out in future updates.

dunno what you did in this little hotfix but for the first time since i started playing warframe in early beta, it is a complete crash fest now. using starmap? Crash. Decorating Orbiter? Crash.

I don't see any crashes submitted by your account. If you're crashing, you need to hit Submit on the crash reporter so that we actually get information that helps us diagnose the issue. If you're crashing WITHOUT getting the crash handler, the first step is to shut down anything that might be trying to interfere with Warframe like overlays, "graphics enhancers", screen capture tools etc.

Hello Tenno!

We have run a script to swap the incorrect Lens Blueprints (individual Focus School-specific Eidolon Lens Blueprints) to the intended Eidolon Lens Blueprints earned from Rotation C of Persto’s Drop Tables.

Short Summary: Presto’s Drop Tables used to reward nonfunctioning Focus Lens Blueprints, which we fixed in a past Hotfix. As a follow up, we have just swapped out those Blueprints for the working and intended ones.

Detailed explanation:
