This is not a bug. The Hata-Satya bonus is intended to reset when changing modes. You argue that it's technically not a "reload",  but our stance is that the spirit of the augment is you lose the accumulated buff when your active ammo is refilled: Which switching to and from Incarnon mode does.

Greetings Tenno,

We are excited to let you know that Dual Nikana melee weapons can now be submitted for TennoGen!

Files and a brief info blurb explaining the Tri count and other requirements are now listed under Melee Weapons (Mesh Swaps) in the Content Files and Examples tab of the TennoGen guide.

• Tri count: 9000 for both hands and sheathes.
• Each Nikana needs its own sheath.
• The sword should not exceed the length of the longer blade provided in the example.
