Hail Tenno!

Sorry for the temporary lockout on PC - we had some issues with our build deploy, which led to an extended period of downtime. All issues should now be resolved, so enjoy getting back to spider killing!

I will continue merging relevant reports to this thread 👍

Thanks for your patience and understanding as we get this sorted! As of the PC hotfix this morning, the toggle has officially been removed. 

Removing the toggle was the first step as we investigated alternatives. Since this is the first time we’ve experienced this issue with a Prime, we weren’t sure of the timeline, especially with the holidays just around the corner. But, good news, a solution has been found!

Basically, we have taken Prime details from Mesa Prime and have attached them to her base model -- this altered base model will be used instead of the Mesa Prime model for the toggle. Since this is the first time an alternative model is being used for the toggle, extra set up may be required, but we are hoping to get this out soon.

Mask of the Revenant: Public Hotfix 3

Welcome to Hotfix 3! The main goals of this Hotfix are to fix Controller deadzone issues and help with performance and crashes. We are working away on 'Fortuna' for the next major Nintendo Switch release!
 

Changes:
 

  • Volumetric Lighting can now be toggled on the Switch for better performance!
  • Motion Controls can now be used on the loading screen to fly your Landing Craft!
  • Motion Controls can now be used in 'Decorate' mode!
  • Added in a re-center option when using motion controls. Not bound by default.
  • Improved load times when going from Cetus to the Plains and back again

Fortuna: Mesa Prime - Hotfix 24.2.3

Profit-Taker Bounty Changes & Fixes:

  • Replaced the Profit-Taker Phase 4 Vaulted Relic reward with a Mesa Prime Relic.
  • Increased the reward chance of Gyromag, Atmo and Repeller Systems from Profit-Taker Bounties.
  • Operators can now switch the Profit-Taker’s Shield type regardless of the damage type of the equipped Amp.
  • Lowered spawn chances and max simultaneous counts of Nullifier Shield Ospreys and the Fluctus carrying Terra Manker during the Profit-Taker end fight.
  • Tweaks towards Eudico’s Profit-Taker Bounty transmissions.
  • Fixed ability to kill the Profit-Taker during Phase 3 of the Profit-Taker Bounty.

I totally understand why it's upsetting as there's a clear precedent for toggles working in the past, but I want to offer a bit of extra clarity here since you mentioned Valkyr. 

The issue with Valkyr Prime details (and other texture issues with Primes) is completely separate from the issue here. Those were set up incorrectly and were a bug -- Mesa's are set up properly, that's not the problem unfortunately. We have never had this problem come up with Prime details on a TennoGen skin since previous Primes stayed fairly true to the original Warframe's model. This is the first time that Prime and the original model are so different that the Prime details simply don't line up properly, resulting in the texture problems that are cur...

This post is a brief overview of changes that have come in the Volunteer Chat Moderation program and associated in-game systems.

To recap, systematic changes to Chat Moderation in Warframe went live on December 5th: 

  • Moderation messages are now sent through system messages rather than private messages so that they are not overlooked. 
  • Improved logging of Chat Moderator action.
  • Increased staffing for Chat Moderator management.

Hi Tenno,

If you’ve managed to get your hands on Mesa Prime already, you might have noticed some strange effects when using her toggled Prime Details on her TennoGen skins. This currently is the Toggle Prime Details function working as intended: her base and Prime models are so different that the Prime Details don’t line up properly. 

Unfortunately there is no easy fix, so for the time being we are removing the Toggle for Mesa Prime specifically. You’ll still be able to use TennoGen skins on Mesa Prime, just without the Prime Details!

Thank you to everyone who reported this, and thank you for your understanding. We’ll do our due diligence for future Primes to turn off the toggle prior to release if model discrepancies make the toggle unusable.
