Probably you once had a WGC installed. If you are not using it, then make sure that it is removed completely, as well as all its components are removed. For example, check that the directory "C:\ProgramData\Wargaming.net\GameCenter" is deleted.

As for Clan Battles with CVs, none of the Hurricane playing teams were deathballed. They broke into two groups and played main-force & off-force (Contested/Off-side). If you're not referring to deathballing (all the ships being in a clump), can you explain what you're referring to?

CVs alter the way Clan Battles are played on a fundamental level. Ship-choice is altered due to AA and Spotting constraints. Also, deployments are scouted so there is more of a strategy based on grind/attrition as opposed to novelty and/or surprise. As such, you can expect to see Seasons with CVs and Seasons without CVs because of how the gameplay is altered with the addition/subtraction of a Ship Type.

We have stated CVs will return to Clan Battles, but we've kept them out so players can have other experiences as we tried out the Unique-ship restriction which was very popular and we're going to be see what...

We don't have any announcements on her. Research Bureau points aren't easy to come by, so I'm not sure what to recommend on that front.

Camos you currently have will be converted into a Perma-Visual and a Perma-Economic Bonus. If the Camo is for a specific ship, they will be for that specific ship. If the Camo is unattached and could be applied to a ship of your choice, the Perma-Visual and Perma-Economic Bonus will stay unattached until you apply them to a ship of your choice.

Our Permacamos for Tier 10 are currently valued at 5,000 Doubloons. You could have three different camos for a single ship, and each is valued at 5,000+ Doubloons.

While yes, the future version will have a single Perma-Economic Bonus which covers any/all Camos used, we still believe our Camos retain value. The Perma-Visuals after the first one acquired for a ship would not be discounted.

Sorry, but I have to correct you here.

It's literally the CM's job to write a report every single week on sentiment regarding a wide variety of topics including specific issues brought up, questions we see frequently, and general sentiment. That joins a larger report that makes its way up.

The Forum is not the only medium through which we get feedback, so keep that in mind. There is Discord, Twitch, Social Media, Supertest, Clan Supertest, Privateers, Community Contributors, and even the Wiki Editors. When an issue shows up across multiple feedback sources, we know it's pervasive. If one person tells me in the forums that the Ohio is objectively worse than the Montana because 12 barrels is clearly better than 8, then that feedback won't likely go anywhere meaningful. When folks come into the forums and let us know that the survey regarding insurance questions really upset them - we notice.
