It's not an automated process. Someone reviews the account to see if the action taken wasn't warranted.

As a test, can you change your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if it works when on a different network than the one you normally use.
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

The best I can advise is to submit another dispute if you haven't done this 3 times already. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do to help.
Our Terms of Service team investigates every dispute. We don't want to ban anyone. We want everyone to keep enjoying our games so they always do a thorough investigation.

Try deleting the personal saved data for Apex Legends. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Apex Legends and delete the saved data.
