So. I waste my time to bring all things after DoR ruined my save. European support has Chat button unactive and i can't let them a message, because options makes creating case button disapeared and this button unactive. American support "help" is making idiots from players. I make their instructions, and nothing help, even earlier. Game need BIG PATCH if Ubisoft wants players to keep. I've decided go once more from beginning to bring my saves to best life, all good choices. And another time this game crashes after I reach DoR. I'm dissapointed as one of oldest fans of this franchise. Still loading screen, character doesn't show, small cut in music and then - CRASH....😢

It costs me really big nerves, and for me it is sadly to say, i'm disapointed I can't have good experience with this DLC, mechanics are great, but CRASHING isn't funny.

Hey @atributes16, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the crash issue you ran into after reaching Dawn of Ragnarok.

I've had a closer look and wasn't able to identify any reports that would be within the nature that you've described, therefore after reviewing the communication you've had with our team so far and taken into account what's been mentioned, would I be able to check the following:

  1. Do you possibly happen to be using High Character Textures in-game by any chance?
  2. Do you recall what was the last thing you've done in game prior to it starting to crash?
  3. Is crash followed by any error message at all?

Welcome to Discussions @dic123 , I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes in game.

The Title update 1.5.1 was deployed on all supported platforms yesterday, April 19th, 2022, therefore would you be so kind to install it and check if the issue still persists?
If it does, please let us know what platform are you playing on, so we can provide the relevant troubleshooting.
