I have a disc of the game, region is All.
I played it on my Asian account, the currency in PS Store is Thai baht.
The problem is when i purchased the season pass on PS store then download it, it cannot be download with a notice: "Cannot find the application".
I tried deactive primary ps4 and reactive, rebuild database

@phuong11922 Thank you so much for these images. It looks like this is a region-lock issue. Since this is a North American regional disc, and you/your PlayStation 4 is not based out of North America, any extra content would be incompatible. I'd recommend reaching out to the vendor that you purchased your game from to get a region-appropriate copy. My apologies for any inconvenience!

To add on to what Ubi-SpaceCats has written above, it would also work if you obtained a digital copy of the game, purchased on the same account as what you purchased the Season Pass on.
@phuong11922 Not exactly. "All-Region" on the disc itself just means, in short, that the content included on the disc will be able to be accessed regardless of where you are in the world. However, any extra content you would want to purchase would need to match the region of the game's rating. Your disc has an ESRB rating, which means it's a North American disc. I understand that this can be very confusing and frustrating.
So, as stated before, you'd need to either purchase a physical copy of the game corresponding with your region or, as @Ubi-Froggard said, purchase the game digitally.
