Hello,
I experienced a bug with mission "Tilting the balance". After I won the fight with king Burgred, I'm unable to kidnap him. He is still standing, but I can't interact with him.
My fix was to load the last save game, after the save game loads up, I saw king Burgred lying on the ground and I was able to tie him up.
Platform is PS4.
