I've customized my settlement tree multiple times over months of gameplay and the tree of life challenge won't complete on my Ubisoft connect account (Xbox One)

Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have experienced this in game. If possible could you provide an image or short video clip showing these taking place but not correctly registering for this challenge in game?

I have checked your account and it appears that the 'Tree of Life' Ubisoft Connect challenge unlocked for you earlier today, they must have been a delay with it unlocking.

@luckybetz I have checked your account and it shows that you should have 367 opals so I am unsure why it is showing as zero in your inventory.

Can you please ensure that you have the latest update installed and also go through the Xbox troubleshooting and connectivity troubleshooting then launch the game and check again.

If it still shows that you have no opals in your inventory could you try visiting Reda and view the items he has for sale and see if you balance still shows as zero there too. If it does could you provide screenshots of both screens to show this.

The latest update is 1.3.2. You can view the update you have installed from the main menu screen in the bottom right corner.

@luckybetz That's great, I'm pleased that your opals balance is now showing correctly.

It is strange that both issues have been resolved suddenly since posting on the forum.

@luckybetz The Opal count is obtained from the servers and it seems you are experiencing a connectivity issue this is the reason for the error and it displaying 0.

Can you try the steps here please to see if they help.
