[2021] drinking asgard potion FAILS

Software update playstation 4 to 9.03
Assassin's Creed Valhalla patch notes 1.4.0

I finished the whole game except river raiding, but when i want to drink the asgard potion i keep fallin in a red screen, when i look up i can see asgard, then i die.
I know the movie clip on youtube is made of a low quality and it is a timelapse, but i think its all about the problem. not able to start the quest.
Im happy to make a screenshot of info if you need some.

please help, its such a shame that this is not something i can complete.

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing this. We've investigated the issue and detected 2 individual problems that can happen. One has already been resolved, while the second (the one you have) is being worked on.

Currently, there's no additional information about it, though, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on the patch notes, as we publish them to see if it's been added there.
