@goosehead007 Greetings and welcome to the forums. You should be able to hand these medallions into Hytham. Have you completed the "Poor Fellow Soldier" quest as well?

This is a bit of an older thread, we have a more active new investigation here, could you please take a look and add your screenshots as well?
I'll add those to the report I made to the devs, more data usually helps fix the problems quicker. I'll also lock this thread now to avoid it being accidentally revived again.
