I claimed the Wrath of the Druids DLC a few months ago on Amazon Prime Gaming for free. I had to create a Ubisoft Connect Account to access it. I started the game and was making my way through the game waiting until I finished to play the DLC.
I get to the end of the game and can't download it. I get an error message in the store despite it saying I own the DLC. The PlayStation store also doesn't recognise that I've purchased it. I contacted Ubisoft support 3 days ago but still no response.
@conors9000 Hey there! Thanks for reaching out about this issue with Wrath of the Druids! You mention that you had to create a Ubisoft Account to claim the DLC from Amazon Prime Gaming. If so, than it's likely that this DLC went to the wrong account. Would you confirm for me whether you have any other accounts with us, or any different PSN IDs?
