I have encountered the bug that deletes a player’s Runes by re-adding the Animus store character packs. This was encountered after closing the game and reloading in an attempt to solve a DIFFERENT bug, which makes the wenlocan raven battle meditation challenge incompletable, by removing an artifact from the challenge. My conclusion is that the bug occurs by re-adding the armors to the inventory, erasing the game’s memory of it being there, because in addition to the missing tunes, the cosmetic changes I had paid for at Gunnar’s had also been removed.
I would upload pictures of the before and after, but the mobile site claims they are too big a file.

So here’s a relevant question. Does reporting this do anything for me, or am I just wasting more of my time? Because this has cost me either a whole day of time, and it may happen again, or even more time and in-game currency, some of which I have paid for with real life currency, to reacquire another 14 Life Runes. And honestly, I just came back from a long hiatus because I thought the bugs had been fixed for the new DLC, and this makes me not want to continue playing, or spend any more money at the animus store.

To help us to take a closer look at this issue, would you be able to provide us with some additional information?

  • Which gear set reset following the game reset?
  • Were the runes returned to your inventory, or did they disappear completely?
  • Did the resources used to upgrade the gear return to your inventory, or did they disappear completely?
  • Can you tell us the events that happened prior to this reset occuring? From my understanding, you had been taking part in the Wenlocan Trial of the Raven, and then restarted the game after encountering an issue. Is this correct? If so, can you please clarify if you left the Trial before you restarted the game, or if you restarted the game mid-Trial?
