[2022] Additional skill points that cannot be used

I'm sorry to hear that you have excess skill points that you're unable to use as Mastery points. Thanks for taking the time to share your report with us.

To help us to look into this further, would you be able to provide us with a video which shows the following:

• Your skill tree, showing that all available skills have been unlocked.
• That you have two skill points spare that cannot be used to upgrade your Mastery level.

I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.

Additionally, can you let us know how these two skill points were earned? Did you unlock them by levelling up, or were they earned by completing an event (such as an Altar or Standing Stones)? This information will be helpful for further investigation.

We're aware that players can be awarded excess skill points from the St Denis mystery, and the dedicated teams are looking into this further. I just want to check if this was indeed how @xDionisis earned these extra skill points, or if they were earned in a different manner, as this will be helpful for the investigation.
