The sound in game works better the but the moment it enter like a cinematic all the dialogue stops. I checked everything being set to english (and when wondering around the world i can hear them speak to each other like in an escort quest). I am on PC got the game for ever ago on Epic store

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue! Does it happen to every cinematic, or just specific ones (for example related to the Sigrblot Festival in the settlement)? Are the subtitles missing as well, or only the dialogue?

Just to confirm, do you have any spatial sound / surround sound enabled on your PC / in-game?
Please ensure you have the game and your PC sound set to Stereo as using Surround Sound without the proper setup can lead to some sounds missing as they're attempting to come through audio channels your setup doesn't cater to.
Please also try verifying the game's files as this will ensure nothing is missing / corrupted.
