I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered trouble when rescuing a civilian during one of Reda's quests. Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you have already tried? If you haven't already, I would suggest trying the following:

• Accepting a new quest from Reda
• Reloading your most recent save file
• Fast-travelling to another country (such as Norway or Vinland) then returning to England

If the issue still persists, could you please send us a video that shows the following:

• The expired quest in your quest log
• The NPC that won't stop following you once you have left the restricted area the rescue took place in

We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.

From your more recent post, I understand that you were able to resolve the issue after the boar was set free - I'm glad to hear it!
