Hi, I'm having an issue with getting a key to open a chest in Jotunheim. It's not the usual one that people have an issue with. It's the one on the body hanging in the tree in North East Utgard. I can't move the block that I'm supposed to move to be able to reach the key. I've looked at guides and it looks like in my game the block is not in the correct place. It is supposed to be sitting on the wooden 'track' next to the tree but in my game it's off in the snow. See the screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/E2P5fVl I've reloaded etc. I've left Jotunheim and returned. Nothing. The block is still in the same place. This is the last Blood Stone I have left to collect so would love to be able to solve this! Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

Hey there folks.

If possible for either of you or someone else who encounters this thread to provide us with a video demonstrating what's happening here we would really appreciate it. Once we've got this we'll raise this with the development team as I don't believe this issue has been reported yet.

Hey there, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you both. Thank you BobbyFatGun for providing this video! Could you each send your most recent manual saves to the cloud? Then let me know when you have done so? I would like to forward them to the Game team so that they may be included with their investigation.

Additionally, I noticed that you both are playing on different platforms. I have provided some basic troubleshooting (depending on your platform) below that I would like you both to try and test your game again. I would just like to see if these steps may resolve this bug for you both.

@bobbyfatgun Thank you for forwarding your save file and completing those steps. Just to make sure, have you tried reverting to an earlier save and travelling to this location again?
