game crashes random times on my PC, can Ubisoft make a proper update to fix that problem? i'm updating windows and drivers.

Thank you for reaching out to us, sorry to hear the game is crashing for you!

As a starting point, could you please first ensure you have given all of the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide a try and let us know if there's any changes?

This is particularly key if you're having issues with multiple titles.

Should the issues then continue, please create a case on our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files so we can take a closer look into what may be causing the crashes.

Please also make note of what you're doing / where you are in-game when you crash as this may also be important information.

@longjohn119 - We have a list of background applications in this troubleshooting article that are known to have the potential to interfere with Ubisoft titles. iCue isn't one of them, but it does also fall under RGB software, so in this case appears to have been responsible. If ever having similar issues, take a look at the article and see if you have anything from the list running that could be a potential cause! 🙂
