Trying to launch the game on pc, the splash screen pops up, but then nothing, the game just sits minimized in the desktop and wont go into the game. Dont know what to do.

You definitely meet the requirements to play the game!
Could you please let me know whether you have the game installed on an internal or external hard drive? Have you tried running both Ubisoft Connect and Assassin's Creed Valhalla itself with admin rights?
