Hey,
A river to raid isn't showing up. It is on my quest list, with the first objective being to "Pledge An Alliance in England, with either Ledecestrescire or Grantebridgescire".
There is no objective marker.
I have ready pledged an alliance using the alliance map as part of another quest.
The barracks are built. There is no Vagn.
I have read other threads of people having issues with this quest and tried all the remedies to no avail.
I am on xbox one, and the game and xbox are both fully updated.
I have tried previous saves, losing much progress and there is still no objective marker. Please help, river raids look like fun.
