Hello,
I am encounterring an issues of games first freezing completely for like few seconds then crashing.
I've read already all other topics about this issues but I cannot find any solution while it's ongoing for few months already for so many people.

I am playing AC Valhalla at Ultra settings in 2K resolution. Heard that lowering graphic settings helps but what is the point of having good PC if we can't play the game in highest settings?

I've tried with the suggested troubleshooting, checked GPU drivers and if Windows 10 updates are up-to-date. Repaired game files etc, due to some issues few weeks ago I even re-installed whole Windows OS on my PC and same issues for the games are still ongoing.

Not sure if it'll help, but I've found some details via windows Event Viewer for the moment where game crashed:

Hi @lixthewolf I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering freezing and crashes.

I understand that you have already tried some troubleshooting. Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and go through any of the the steps you may not have tried then try again.

If the issue persists I will create a support case for you so that our Customer Support team can investigate further.
