Sorry to read that you're having problems completing this!
Could you please provide images of the location and your inventory showing that you have collected the tablet?
Did you leave the area before completing the location by any chance?
@sgtni Thanks for providing these images. Have you tried to travel back to the location and see if that somehow triggers the mystery to be completed? I'd also suggest trying the steps here and here. These steps might help fix the issue causing the game to not sync up properly. Let me know how it goes!
