I'm sorry you guys were experiencing this issue.
We reported this issue to the developers and they were unable to reproduce this. If you guys are still running into this issue, please post here and we'll reopen the investigation with them.

As we have had no reports of this issue when handing over Order medallions persisting in game, we will now be locking this thread.
If you encounter any further trouble with handing over medallions to Hytham, please don't hesitate to create a new thread so we can investigate further.
