I just bought gothic armor set (with my Helix credit) and game crashes whenever I try to equip any rune in any piece of the armor. Any suggestion? Thanks.

@gersontf I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

Can you please try the all of the troubleshooting steps in the support article here then try again.

If the issue persists can you confirm if this only occurs when trying to equip runes on the Gothic armour set or do you experience the same issue when trying to equip runes to other armour?

Do you also experience any other crashes whilst playing the game?

Can you please provide us with your full PC specs, so we can have a look? Secondly, can you please perform all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this article? This will help you to eliminate any potential software conflicts that can lead to crashes.

Your system specs do look like they should be able to run Valhalla without issue. Can you confirm if you've followed the rest of the steps in the troubleshooting guide, besides verifying the game files? In particular, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, and check for software conflicts that might be interfering with the game.

If none of the steps helps, let us know - we'll be able to talk you through how you can generate some system files and send them across to us to help us diagnose the issue 😎

I've merged your topic into an existing one, apologies for any confusion. We've got everything we need for the moment to get this solved, so we'll have a fix in place as soon as possible. No need for any save files for the moment, but I really appreciate the offer 🙂
