Sorry to hear that you can not start the next quest after defeating Malvigr.
Would you mind providing us with screenshots of your current quest log for the mission you're on? Note that they can be a maximum of 2,000 pixels in length, 2,000 pixels in height, or 2MB in filesize. Alternatively, they can be uploaded to any other website of your choice, and a link sent to us here on the forum thread.
Would be great if you could let us know which steps you have already taken to remedy this issue. The more information you can give regarding your experience, the better equipped I am to assist you.

Just to confirm, after you originally killed Malvigr, was a cutscene triggered and played?
