[2021] Helix Store Purchase doesn't appear in Inventory

I'm sorry to hear that you're missing the new High Elf pack from your inventory. There can sometimes be a short delay between purchasing the items and receiving them. Are you still missing them?

If so, please can you send us a video which shows the following:

• You have successfully purchased the High Elf pack from the Animus Store. You can check this in "Owned" content.
• The items are missing from your inventory.

I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread for us to take a closer look at.

Further to that, @morphasm , can you confirm if any of the items at all show in your inventory? Or was it specific items? And, if it was specific items, was it those from the Settlement Pack (High-Elf)?

Let me know if I can clarify that question at all.
