For two weeks I haven't been able to do timed challenges or access Reda's quests or shop. I've restarted the console, unugged the console, rebooted my modem, rebooted my wireless router, changed wireless connections, checked Reddit forums, TRIED to contact Ubisoft support, and then came here. This is has been an ongoing issue for sometime. I know the console is online because my family can stream hours of content on it but for some reason Ubisoft can't figure out when I'm online. I like the game but when one of the basic functions is as intermittent as this it really lowers the overall quality. I have purchased the Season Pass and Dawn of Ragnarok, neither of which I can access now because in a desperate attempt start from scratch I uninstalled the game and now it says the content isn't available. So at some point can you please figure out why I seem to be a ghost on the Ubisoft server.

Hey @jtv135954

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to connect to the service in-game. Please could you try disconnecting your console from the internet whilst you are already in-game, then reconnect. Once the connection is restored, the game should check again for the connection.
