It has happened to me twice, I have had two +14.9 life increase runes equipped on armor pieces and suddenly those runes disappear, it happened to me once, then I got them again and this week I notice that it happened again, with this is 4 that disappear for no reason.
I suspect that skinning the armor they were equipped on causes the glitch.
