Ich habe mir vor einer Woche das AC Valhalla gekauft. Ich spiele es auf der xbox one. Leider habe ich keinen Ton bei den Dialogen und auch die Untertitel funktionieren nicht. Das neuste Update ist gemacht. Wer kann mir helfen?

Can you please answer the following:
Was this issue present from the start of the expansion and if it happened in previous content (River Raids, Ostara Festival,...)?
When did it start occurring - after a specific quest or action?
Are you able to provide a video of the issue please?
Once we have this information we will be able to investigate further.
